Raheja Solar Dryer

The Raheja Solar Tunnel Dryer is designed to work on the principle of greenhouse effect, where heat from solar radiations gets trapped in an enclosed area. Heat from solar radiations is generated by the black floor. By forced convection using fans powered by solar panels, the heat generated is used to dry the food produce kept in the trays within the enclosed space. The solar tunnel dryer is available in four different sizes. The Domestic Purpose Solar Dryer has a size of  2 x 4 sq ft and has a drying capacity of 5 kilograms. The Domestic Purpose Solar Dryer uses a solar panel with a capacity of 5 W 12 V. The Small Farm Purpose Solar Dryer has a size of 4 x 8 sq ft and an average drying capacity of 20 kilograms. The Small Farm Purpose Solar Dryer uses a solar panel with a capacity of 10 W 12 V. The Commercial Purpose Solar Dryer has a size of 4 x 40 sq ft and an average drying capacity of 100 kilograms. The Commercial Purpose Solar Dryer uses a solar panel with a capacity of 40 W 12 V. The Polyhouse Design Solar Dryer has a size of 8 x 24 sq ft and can dry up to 500 kilograms of food when used in three vertical layers. The Polyhouse Design Solar Dryer uses a solar panel with a capacity of 120 W 12 V.
