PlantVillage is a user moderated Q&A forum dedicated to the goal of helping people grow their own food. It is an open resource that helps farmers solve plant-related questions.

PlantVillage will offer the Nuru app, a digital assistant to help farmers diagnose crop disease in the field, without an internet connection.

Work in progress includes drones, mobile spectrophotometry and testing use of satellites for smallholder farmers.
