An all-in-one system that provides electrical energy and water purification.
The OffGridBox is an all-in-one power generator and water purification system. It consists of a solar photovoltaic array with an integrated inverter, a battery pack, a water collection system, a water storage tank, and a water treatment system. The whole product is contained in a 1.98 x 1.95 x 1.91 m3 box, which can be easily transported to remote areas in a small truck, boat, or helicopter. The product is designed and distributed by OffGridBoxTM, based in Italy, Rwanda, and the United States; with its headquarters in Boston, Massachusetts at Greentown Labs. Additionally, a Pay-As-You-Go model business model has been implemented so that customers can also choose to pay in installments.
Customers can also acquire subscriptions to the Control & Monitoring App and the Pay-As-You-Go Business Model support. These services are available from 1,200 USD to 9,000 USD (from one to four years).
