It is capable of removing log 6 of all pathogens from untreated water i.e. 99.9999% removal which includes e. Coli, campylobacter, vibrio cholera, pseudomonas aeruginosa, shigella, and salmonella. It is mainly designed for use in developing countries and for disaster response.
