Grundfos
Grundfos AQtap is a water ATM.
Grundfos AQtap is a water distribution interface that provides a platform for revenue collection and online management of water resources. The system uses WaterCards for users to purchase and store water credits, delivering water in 1-liter increments. Cards can be loaded via a water vendor or by mobile phone payment. Power is supplied from the grid or from solar panels and has a backup battery capable of 250 tappings. The AQtap provides a mechanism to expand water kiosk operations while maintaining accountability and transparency.
