Formhub is an open-source service that allows users to create surveys and collect data without a high-level technical management system or data connection. The user creates a survey in an excel or CSV file and the platform deploys it directly to the app. The product also allows users to visualize the collected data. This product was developed by GeoODK.

FormHub is an open-source data collection service that allows users to create forms and surveys by uploading an Xls file.

The user uploads an xls file to the admin portal and the backend processes the file to create and deploy a host survey that can be accessed on a mobile phone or PC. The admin of the survey can watch the insight and metrics of the form via different data visualizations tools that the app offers.

This product is made on top of Python, using the Django Web Framework.
