More than 213,000 syringe clips have been delivered to Swaziland, where they are being used by nearly 12,000 participants in the national Prevention of Mother to Child Transmission of HIV/AIDS (PMTCT) program to facilitate the accurate dosage of liquid antiretroviral medication to help prevent the transmission of the virus from mothers to children. DoseRight Syringe Clips are currently being sold in GAVI Alliance countries and other developing country sites where there is an appropriate need for accuracy in oral delivery of medication.
